District/Paediatric Nurse for Combined Position at Child Health Centre and Primary Care Centre

We are now looking for a dedicated District Nurse or Paediatric Nurse for a combined position with us in Svedala.

Our primary care centre opened in August 2024 and is in an exciting phase of development. Here you will have varied work, close colleagues and good opportunities to influence your daily work. We offer a workplace with a low threshold, where we constantly strive to improve our processes and develop the business.

There are specialists in general medicine at the primary care centre. We have clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, rehabilitation, counsellor, occupational therapist and dietitian. We also provide travel vaccinations.

Part of the Family Centre in Svedala

As an employee with us, you will also be part of the Family Centre in Svedala – a meeting place for expectant parents and families with children aged 0–6, which started in January 2026. Several important services gather under one roof to provide support, security and community for families in the municipality.

The Family Centre is run by Svedala Municipality together with Svedala Primary Care Centre and consists of:

• Open preschool
• Social counselling
• Child health centre
• Midwifery clinic

This creates unique opportunities for close collaboration between different professions and a holistic perspective on the child's and family's needs.

About the position

In this role, you will spend part of your time at the child health centre, where you meet families with children and work with health checks, counselling, vaccinations and preventive child health services.

The other part you will work at the primary care centre with standard nursing tasks such as reception work, telephone advice and patient-facing interventions.

This is a varied position where you get the opportunity to work with patients of different ages and life situations, while becoming an important part of the development of our business.

About you

We are looking for a qualified District Nurse or Paediatric Nurse who is confident both as a person and professionally. You have a patient-focused approach and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You show professional conduct, put the patient at the centre and understand the importance of good service, accessibility and quality in every interaction.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible and has good ability to prioritise in an occasionally fast-paced environment. You thrive in a varied role where tasks may shift during the day and you can quickly adjust based on operational needs.

You work independently, take initiative, and at the same time collaborate easily with others. Teamwork is an important part of our daily life; therefore we value that you contribute to a positive work environment and have an unpretentious approach towards colleagues and patients.

If you have prior experience in primary care, it is meritorious.
