Warehouse Operator IMMEDIATE. Full-time until October (possible extension)

We are now recruiting several experienced warehouse operators for a long-term full-time assignment in Nässjö. You will work in a structured logistics environment close to production, where accuracy, safety, and quality are central. If you have solid experience in warehouse work, forklift driving, and order picking, this is the role for you.

Job Duties

As a warehouse operator, you will be responsible for several parts of the flow from goods receipt to outbound delivery. Your tasks include:

• Goods receipt and inspection of incoming materials
• Order picking in racking according to pick lists
• Recording picks and withdrawals in data systems
• Operating order picker, counterbalance forklift, and reach truck
• Packing and preparing outbound shipments
• Loading and unloading goods
• Cable reeling (measuring, reeling, and marking cable)
• Inventory work in the warehouse, occasionally also in external warehouses
• Working according to established quality and safety routines

Location

Nässjö. On-site work.

Scope

Full-time, 100%. Working hours mainly during the day, but other times may occur as needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience
• Experience with pallet and order picking in racking
• Forklift licenses A and B
• Experience with order picker, counterbalance forklift, and reach truck
• Experience working with order/pick systems or other IT-supported warehouse systems
• Upper secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B
• Ability to work independently, follow routines, and take responsibility for safety

Desirable Requirements (Meriting)

• Experience from larger warehouses or logistics environments
• Experience with cable handling or heavier material handling
• Experience with transport booking or freight coordination
• Experience with inventory work
• Experience working in safety-controlled environments
