Project Engineer - National Noise Mitigation
Description
We are seeking a structured and driven project engineer for a consultancy assignment within national noise mitigation measures. You will be a key resource in one or more projects related to noise protection initiatives in the Investment business area.
The assignment is located at the IVsyrn3 unit in Malmö and is full-time, equivalent to approximately 1700 hours per year. Remote work is possible in accordance with guidelines (approximately 60% on site and 40% remote).
Your main responsibilities
In the role of project engineer, you will work closely with project managers and contribute to project progress by:
- Managing project administration such as project routines, document management, registration, and access rights
- Ensuring structure and order in systems such as ProjectPlace or equivalent
- Planning and coordinating meetings, including invitations and bookings
- Taking meeting notes and preparing minutes
- Supporting work on baseline plans (time plan, risk management in Exonaut, control programs)
- Managing projects in financial systems such as C7, Agresso, and related systems
- Ensuring that delivery plans are established and that handover processes are followed
- Reviewing and performing sample checks of consultants' deliverables
- Handling communication and follow-up in property owner matters
- Contributing to a professional and positive representation of the client
An important part of the assignment is also the transfer of knowledge to internal employees.
Skill requirements (mandatory)
a) Education
- University or college education of at least 180 hp (120 p) in engineering, economics, or construction
- or
- Other education combined with experience deemed equivalent
b) Experience – project engineer (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of experience (within the last 8 years) as a project engineer in infrastructure projects (road or rail)
- At least 2 years must be continuous
- Employment rate: at least 50%
c) System and project management experience
- Documented experience of independently working with:
- Calculation
- Budget
- Time planning
- Risk management
- Experience with systems such as:
- C7
- Projektportalen
- MS Project
- Exonaut Risk
- (or equivalent systems)
d) Office skills
- Very good experience with Microsoft Office
e) Collaboration skills
- Experience in supporting colleagues in their daily work
f) Language
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
g) Driver's license
