Design engineer within gas turbine refurbishment.

We are looking for a Design engineer within gas turbine refurbishment, for our client.

The team develops repair and refurbishment solutions for gas turbine components, typically hot blades and vanes, burners, and combustion chambers.

Coatings replacements, weld repair or additive manufacturing are common working areas.

New refurbishments from our R&D-projects are specified in drawings and specifications.

The team cooperates closely with the R&D departments, the design owners of the components.

The plan is now to strengthen the Refurbishment team with own design resources, to be able to do more design work in own department.

Experience in the CAD-tool NX is valued and a natural interest in collaborating with colleagues and other parts of the organization.
