A snapshot of your day
In the testing department, we are responsible for all testing of gas turbines and auxiliary equipment prior to delivery to our customers. We work with test runs of gas turbines, workshop testing of auxiliary equipment for the gas turbine, and testing of complete deliveries. You will be part of the team performing workshop tests and string tests. We work in close collaboration with the test rigs and flex personnel to cover each other's needs. During low workload, commissioning assignments abroad may also be scheduled.
How you will make an impact
As a commissioning engineer, you participate in and lead the commissioning of gas turbine packages in our workshop and at our customers' sites. Your responsibilities include adhering to the machine's established schedule, leading and coordinating the testing team, and training colleagues. Documentation of the work in the form of checklists and reports.
What you bring
You are an engineer with a focus on operations, energy, electrical power, mechanical, or control and automation engineering, and have a few years of experience in team leadership. You have practical experience from commissioning or maintenance of large machinery, preferably turbines. You express yourself well verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English, and have experience with administrative work and computer proficiency. Knowledge of control and automation engineering, for example Siemens Simatic control systems, is meritorious.
To succeed in the role, you are a structured and driven problem solver. You are persistent and have good communication skills and appreciate collaboration with others.
