Föreningen Solåkrabyn seeks staff for daily activities, temporary position

Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association that provides socio-therapeutic LSS activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Daily activities on Selaön in Stallarholmen are looking for temporary staff.

We are looking for you who have an interest in working for and with the participants in our daily activities.

Since the work is varied, you are self-assured, able to adapt, and adjust to different situations. You enjoy learning new things, are attentive, and show interest in the job. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and dare to ask questions when needed.

Qualifications

You need to have healthcare and social care education, equivalent training, or experience working in healthcare and social care. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required due to extensive documentation and communication; computer literacy and a valid driver's license (B) are also required.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication – AAC as well as experience working with people with disabilities is considered meritorious.

Job duties include, under the guidance of the workshop manager and together with other staff, being responsible for occupation, development, and care in daily activities according to LSS. The tasks include written documentation on a daily basis.

Working hours: daytime Monday to Friday
