Personal Assistant - Summer Substitute

About the role

As a personal assistant at Inova Assistans AB, you will play a crucial role in the lives of our clients. You will work to support them in their daily activities, which can include everything from personal care and hygiene routines to social interaction and leisure activities. We value your ability to adapt your work to the individual needs and wishes of the clients.

We are looking for someone who

• Is empathetic, meticulous, and responsive.
• Has previous experience in healthcare and social care, preferably as a personal assistant.
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has a good ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency.
• Is physically capable of handling lifts and other demanding tasks.
• Shares our values of self-determination and compassionate approach.

Desirable qualifications

• Previous experience working with people with various disabilities.
• Life experience that provides deeper understanding and empathy.
• Driver's license and additional language skills beyond Swedish are meritorious.
• Creativity to find solutions that improve the clients' quality of life.
