Assistans kompetens is an experienced and committed assistance provider offering high-quality personal assistance throughout Sweden with a strong focus on individual needs.

Our knowledgeable and motivated staff are the core of our operations, and we actively work to provide the best conditions for success in their assignments. Additionally, all our managers have themselves worked as personal assistants.

We have a collective agreement and are approved by IVO and IFA.

We now need to expand our wonderful team with a summer substitute. We are only seeking female applicants aged 30-55.

Driver's license B required - as I have my own car that is often used.

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you are practically minded.

No previous experience needed.

I need help with daily care and general maintenance of the house and home.

MS-affected man 50+, the client is paralyzed in most of the body, but is sharp-witted and has a great sense of humor.

The man lives in his house, about 15 km north of Oskarshamn.

He also has a great interest in technology and machinery.

Enjoys being outdoors as soon as the weather allows.

Assistance is provided Mon-Sun 8:00-23:00 with shifts scheduled as 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, and 18:00-23:00.

Start date according to agreement.
