Summer job/on-call substitute for Härad group home

Right now, we are looking for a number of housing support workers who want to work this summer.

Job Duties

In the role of housing support worker, you start from the residents' needs and wishes. You provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach.

As a Housing Support Worker at Anero, you support the residents in their development based on their implementation plan. You support and guide in care, meals, cleaning, medication management, community contacts, etc. An important part of the work is to motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for a meaningful leisure time.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

Qualifications

You who apply have a high school education in health and social care or other equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience in documentation.

Previous experience working with people with neuropsychiatric disabilities is meritorious for the position.

It is also meritorious to have knowledge of AAC, motivational interviewing, low-arousal approach, clarifying pedagogy, and good knowledge of documentation according to applicable laws and regulations.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for employment.
