About the role

As a team leader with us, you will have a varied and important role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting our four teams in their daily work. You ensure that schedules run smoothly, assist where needed, and serve as the link between staff, customers, and management.

The role is both administrative and practical. At least 50% of the working time consists of work in the field together with one of our teams, where you participate in cleaning and lead by being present in the operations.

You will have close contact with both employees and customers, so you need to thrive in a social role where communication and service are natural parts of everyday life.

Your responsibilities

· Scheduling and planning for our four teams

· Daily team leadership and operational support

· At least 50% practical cleaning work at customer sites

· Ensuring quality and efficient work routines

· Customer contact and follow-up on assignments

· Supporting, motivating, and developing staff

· Solving urgent situations and finding smart solutions

· Contributing to a positive work environment and strong team spirit

We are looking for someone who

· Has experience in cleaning/Janitorial service

· Is confident in leading and communicating with people

· Enjoys combining leadership with practical work of high quality

· Is flexible and solution-oriented

· Can handle a fast pace and stressful situations

· Is structured and likes order and tidiness

· Has positive energy and contributes to a good atmosphere

· Has a driver's license (preferred/required if you wish)
