On-site Manager Wanted for Popular Summer Café/Restaurant

We are looking for a driven on-site manager for our summer venue!

For our popular summer venue, where we serve salads, waffles, wraps, and other light dishes, we are now seeking an on-site manager/operations manager who wants to help drive the business forward.

About the role

As on-site manager, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations. You will lead the staff, ensure high service and quality, and make sure the business runs smoothly throughout the season.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the restaurant, café, or service industry

• Has previous leadership experience and is confident in leading staff

• Is driven, responsible, and solution-oriented

• Has good organizational skills and can work independently

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong customer focus

• Has experience with scheduling, ordering, and daily operations (meritorious)
