About the role

As Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Svenssons i Tenhult, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the warehouse and logistics operations. The role primarily involves operational work, but also strategic work, where you drive long-term improvements while being present in the daily work.

You are responsible for ensuring that routines, processes and workflows are followed and function effectively – with the goal of optimizing the entire chain, from inbound to outbound delivery. Planning and coordination of the daily work is ongoing, and you continuously identify areas for improvement to meet both internal requirements and customer expectations.

The role also includes personnel responsibility. You actively work to create a positive work environment where employees thrive and develop. Through your leadership, you ensure structure, commitment and a sustainable way of working that supports the company's continued growth.

Your profile

We are looking for an engaged leader with several years of experience in warehouse and logistics. You have a good understanding of warehouse management, logistics flows and how to improve processes and develop working methods.

You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach and are driven by continuous improvement. For us, it is important that you see change as an opportunity and can drive development both for your team and for the business.

You also have good financial understanding, which helps you make the right decisions and see the big picture in the operation.

As a leader, you are clear, inspiring and motivate your team to work towards common goals. You have good communication skills, both internally and externally.

You have a good understanding of various IT systems and are used to working digitally, which enables you to contribute valuable ideas and solutions to further develop the technology within the warehouse operation.

Svenssons i Tenhult AB was founded in 1931 and we have since delivered high-quality locks and fittings from the leading suppliers on the market. In addition to locks and fittings for doors and windows, we also offer a large range of interior fittings, furniture locks, fastening materials and other accessories. Our customers are mainly door, window and gate manufacturers in wood, steel and aluminum, as well as house manufacturers and joinery workshops.

In 2021, we were acquired by the international industrial group Indutrade but are still a family company at heart. We have 14 employees and operations in Tenhult (Småland) and Knislinge (Skåne). Knowledge, service and commitment are our strengths, and for us it is important that our customers feel confident in their choice of fitting supplier.
