Driving Leader

We are looking for TWO driving leaders for our organization

Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for developing teams and business? We are now looking for someone who wants to gather and drive a number of departments forward.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for leading sales managers, coordinating financial and HR matters, and creating engagement and job satisfaction among employees. You are involved in developing our departments so that they continuously improve for both customers and employees. You relieve the store manager and sales managers in daily operations and work to strengthen team spirit. You embrace challenges and opportunities and always ensure that the customer's best interests are in focus.

Reports to and is part of the management team

• The role reports to the store manager and is part of the store's management team.
• You work closely with the store manager, sales managers, and other key people to drive the business forward.

Store renovation and start date

• The store is facing a major renovation with planned completion before Christmas 2026.
• You will be on site and operational throughout the entire remodeling to ensure that operations and customer experience run smoothly.
• The planned start for the position is when the remodeling begins right after the summer holidays.
• During the remodeling, you lead sales managers through the change, ensure clear goals and staffing, optimize flows and communication between departments, and identify risks and opportunities.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership and coordinating multiple teams or departments
• Is structured and has a strong drive to develop both people and business
• Sees opportunities, takes initiative, and always puts the customer first
• Has good financial understanding and is used to working towards set goals
• Good knowledge of ICA's IT environment is meritorious
