Sales Manager – Full-time (start according to agreement)
We are looking for a driven and relationship-building Sales Manager to be a key person in our continued growth. In this role, you work both strategically and operationally with sales, customer relations, and the development of our offerings.
As a Sales Manager with us, you are an active seller focused on selling our events and customized experiences. You are responsible for the entire customer journey – from first contact to booking, planning, and follow-up. You work closely with both new and existing customers and play an important role in building long-term relationships and partnerships.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
- Actively identify new business opportunities and drive sales efforts forward
- Manage customer dialogue from first contact to completed event and follow-up
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and customized packages for private and corporate customers
- Collaborate closely with operations and event teams to ensure high quality execution
- Represent the company and our brand in a professional manner
- Stay updated on our concepts, products, and experiences to present and sell in the best way
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, business-oriented, and has a genuine interest in sales and customer relations. You thrive in a role where you get to take responsibility, create business, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and company development.
- You have at least 1-3 years of sales experience in events & projects
- Option to work remotely
