Branch Manager at Klara Städ Borlänge

Do you want to build and run an office from the ground up?

Klara Städ continues to grow and we are therefore looking for a branch manager with high personal responsibility to lead the establishment and drive our continued growth in the region.

As branch manager, you are responsible for developing the local business. This means you:

• Drive and develop customer relationships – both with new and existing customers.
• Recruit, lead, and develop staff.
• Hold profit and budget responsibility for the office.
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction in our assignments.
• Lead work with a solution focus and ensure we continuously improve.

You will not start from scratch – we already have a customer base and partially staff in place – but you will have full mandate to drive and develop the office.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong drive and thrives with high personal responsibility.
• Is solution-oriented and action-driven.
• Is confident working with sales and customer service.
• Has a natural ability to build relationships and trust.
• Is confident in making decisions and enjoys developing and leading others.
• Masters Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
• Meritorious is if you have worked with scheduling and staff planning in systems such as Tengella, Timewave, Salesforce or similar systems.

Previous experience in leadership or the cleaning industry is meritorious but not a requirement. Your attitude, willingness, and sense of responsibility carry more weight.
