
Deputy Operations Manager

We are looking for a team leader/deputy operations manager for personal assistance (50%) – start immediately

We are seeking an engaged person who wants to take responsibility in our personal assistance operation – someone who can lead, support, and contribute to quality in everyday life.
About the role
In this role, you will work closely with both our assistants and our clients. You are an important part of creating security, structure, and quality in the services.
Our operation has permission from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate, which means we work based on clear requirements for quality and responsibility – something you will help maintain.
Your tasks
Your work is varied and includes both leadership and development. You will, among other things:
- Lead and support personal assistants in their daily work
- Plan schedules and work with staffing
- Ensure that services maintain high quality
- Participate in developing and following up implementation plans
- Work with documentation in a structured way
- Support staff development and contribute to a good work environment
- Collaborate with lawyers and attorneys in various matters and investigations
- Be involved in developing needs descriptions for new assistance applications
- Have contact with clients, relatives, and authorities
- Participate in developing the business forward
We are looking for someone who
- Has education as a social worker or similar
- Has at least 3 years of experience in LSS or personal assistance
- Has worked with some form of team management
- Feels confident in documentation and regulations
- Communicates well in Swedish
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience with Aiai, Crona Lön, and Fortnox systems is meritorious
