The role of restaurant manager
As restaurant manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of our restaurant and lead a dedicated team. You ensure that service, quality, and the guest experience are always top class.
Your duties include
- Staff responsibilities: scheduling, recruitment, and employee development
- Financial responsibilities: budget, purchasing, and profitability
- Quality assurance of service and guest experience
- Close collaboration with booking and management
We are looking for someone who
- Has documented experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
- Is a natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage
- Has a good financial understanding and is accustomed to working towards set goals
- Is passionate about food, drink, and hospitality
- Thrives in an environment where no two days are the same
Work schedule
Since Väderöarna is a unique workplace, you live here during your shifts. Usually, you work in periods of about 4 days, which provides an intense but rewarding work rhythm where you truly become part of the environment and community.
