We are looking for future colleagues with the following qualities:

1. Education

· Requirement: You have a degree in business administration from a university, college, or equivalent.

2. Work experience

· Requirement: You have worked as a project controller in the public sector for at least one year.

· Requirement: You are accustomed to supporting project managers in financial matters.

· Meritorious: Experience from contracting, construction, or infrastructure projects.

3. IT skills

· Requirement: You have good knowledge of Excel.

· Meritorious: Experience with Unit4 (Agresso), Stratsys, Hypergene, or other ERP and BI systems used in the public sector.

· Meritorious: Experience with Antura.

4. Personal qualities

· We place great emphasis on your personality. You are responsible, meticulous, relatively resilient to stress, and have good experience handling details. You can work independently but are also accustomed to collaborating and managing the financial follow-up for one or more project groups.

· You can present your work pedagogically to your project members and possibly also to one or more steering groups for the projects.

5. Language

· You are skilled at writing in Swedish and accustomed to independently writing high-quality reports.

· You speak fluent Swedish.
