We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist for our fantastic team at Retail Payroll/ICA Business Services. About the job as a Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Specialist, you work with the entire payroll process in a team with your colleagues. The tasks include, among other things, registering payroll data and processing payroll files, which is a major part of the assignment. You are responsible for performing payroll calculations and verifying that incoming data has been processed. The payroll work also includes administration of new companies. At Retail Payroll, you have a lot of contact with the retailers in the stores. Contact is made via our case management system Service Now, primarily via email, but also by phone. You have a supportive and consultative role in interpreting laws and agreements regarding payroll issues. In the Payroll Department, we continuously work with business development in our strive to always improve. An important part of the work is to constantly design and develop work processes together with other employees within the department.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, enjoys helping others, and is stimulated by working against deadlines. You have a cheerful and positive attitude, like working in a team, but also have the ability to work and deliver independently. You are structured and meticulous, as the work requires us to deliver on time and with the right quality. Since a large part of our communication takes place over the phone, there are great demands on you to have good communication skills and the ability to create trust.

We work daily with learning and Self-Leadership to win the future together, and some key words for us are responsible, proactive, and courageous. We assume that you are a regular computer user with the ability to learn new things.

Requirement is a completed Vocational Higher Education in payroll or several years of experience in qualified payroll work.
