• understands the Swedish Public Employment Service's mission, systems, and requirements

To be a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements:

Option 1:

At least 180 completed higher education credits (120 credits according to the old system) and at least two years of full-time work experience.

Option 2

At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade and at least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Supervisory work with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case management in personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
• Work with work-life and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
