Business Analyst Car Dealership, DMS and Business Development

As a Business Analyst for Car Dealership, DMS and Business Development at BITS DATA, you play a central role in creating value for our clients in the automotive industry. You work closely with our clients – car dealerships – to understand their operations, processes and system landscape, and help them develop and streamline their working methods.

An important part of the role is training users in our new DMS system and supporting them in the transition to new digital ways of working. To succeed in the role, you need to understand the automotive industry's processes and terminology and be able to speak the same language as the dealers.

The role involves travel to clients, as you often work on-site where the systems are used.

Your tasks may include:

• Training users in our DMS system
• Supporting clients in digitalization and process improvements
• Analyzing client business processes and system needs
• Working with requirements analysis and business development
• Participating in projects related to system implementations and change management
• Contributing to the development of our SaaS-based solutions

• Background from the automotive industry, from a car dealership, in sales administration, operational support or similar
• Several years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst with SaaS solutions and integrations with third-party products, focusing on digitalization and automation of business processes
• Understanding of processes within car sales
• Preferably experience at the intersection of sales, administration and finance
• Comfortable presenting and training groups
• Structured, communicative and solution-oriented

Perhaps you currently work as an administrative seller, system specialist, business developer or consultant and want to take the next step into a more strategic and client-facing role.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, within sales administration, operational support or similar, preferably with connections to financial systems, invoicing systems, payment solutions or data warehouse/BI
• At least 2 years of experience with agile methods and a good understanding of the fundamentals, business value, continuous improvement and expectation management
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant support systems in the field

Experience must be current and not older than 10 years.

Meritorious

It is particularly meritorious if you have experience of:

• Transformation from on-prem to SaaS
• Certifications such as Product Owner, Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist
• Owner-led organizations
• Conducting training
• Retail or e-commerce
• User Experience (UX)
