Description
We are looking for two customer service representatives for BSH's customer service team.
The positions are temporary from June to August, working hours 08:00–17:00 Monday–Thursday, Friday 08:00-16:00 with possibility of extension for continued need-based employment.

Main responsibilities
- Provide service via phone, email, and chat for the brands Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Gaggenau
- Handle service cases and spare parts orders
- Answer customer questions using manuals, websites, and internal product information systems
- Inform about products and services and guide customers
- Identify technical problems or user errors, find the cause, and propose the best solution
We are looking for someone who
- Is service-minded and enjoys helping people
- Can empathize with the customer's situation and remain calm in stressful situations
- Has customer service experience (meritorious but not required)
- Speaks Swedish fluently
- Can communicate in English
- Is comfortable multitasking and can make quick decisions
