About the role:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the customer's first point of contact. You assist customers via chat, email and phone, always ensuring friendly, professional and solution-oriented service.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Helping customers with questions about products, orders, accounts and technical issues
• Working in case and ticket systems and following internal procedures
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with other departments for effective problem solving

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent Danish (C2 – a requirement)
• Has good knowledge of English
• Is service-oriented, structured and communicative
• Thrives in an international and multicultural work environment
• Can work shifts, including some weekends and holidays
• Has a clean criminal record
