Medical Secretary at Lugnetkliniken Health Center Full-time/Part-time

Lugnetkliniken is a private health center that started in 2021 and is part of Vårdval Halland. With us, decision-making paths are short, the working atmosphere is unpretentious, and the patient is always in focus. We are now looking for a medical secretary on a full-time/part-time basis who wants to help develop our operations.

About the role:

You will have a varied and important role in daily work, including reception duties, medical records management in Cosmic, patient contact, bookings, mail handling, administration, such as handling referrals, digital services, and some IT support. Support for healthcare staff. Finance and invoicing.

We work modern and efficiently without traditional dictation – instead, we use speech recognition via Dragon.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a trained medical secretary with experience in the profession. You are structured, flexible, and thrive in a service-oriented role where you meet patients with professionalism and warmth. You enjoy working in a team, take initiative, and have good digital skills.

It is a plus if you have experience in primary care, Cosmic, or speech recognition.

Terms:

Full-time/part-time, weekdays 08:00–17:00. Probationary period of 6 months. Start date according to agreement. Collective agreement according to Region Halland.

Note: We offer flexibility – secondary employment is allowed by agreement.
