Description

We work on behalf of a company focused on industry, infrastructure and technology. The company is known as a technology leader driving the digital transformation in industry and infrastructure.

We are now looking for staff to handle this company's existing customers as well as new potential customers.

When customers request information by email, call, download information, or contact us via chat - we must help them with their questions. Also gather information to be able to provide quotes for inquiries regarding their solutions.

About 10-50 interactions per day. Everything from technical questions to advice on where to download software or connect them with the sales department.

The working language is English. Applicants must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Working hours vary. Rotating schedule, holidays may occur.

Computer proficiency is required, as well as experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365. Customer contact is a large part of the work, so social skills are required.
