Service Technician

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Duties

To meet our goal of expanding in service, we need to strengthen our service department with an additional service technician. You will work with repair and service of industrial gears and electric motors in Helsingborg as well as at our customers' sites in Scandinavia. You must be prepared to make quick dispatches for one or several days on very short notice. Standby duty on weekdays and weekends may also become relevant.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical service.
• At least 2 years of experience in field service.
• Welding skills and training in "hot work".
• Good knowledge of gear and bearing technology as well as open transmissions.
• Experience in electromechanical service, such as electric motor service and frequency converters.
• Experience with assembly and alignment of motors, gears, pumps, etc. at customer sites.
• Forklift license.
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Oracle ERP system.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
