CNC Setter

We are looking for immediate employment as a CNC setter for our turning department.

The position offers work in modern machines with great opportunities for development together with a pleasant team in fresh premises. We are looking for new employees for day and evening shifts.

FIG Metall is growing and continuously investing in new machines and automation to maintain a modern machine park. Our machine park includes, among others, Mazak, Citizen, Nakamura, Miyano, and Brother. Experience with Mazak is particularly meritorious.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, has worked as a CNC setter, and has a technical education as well as basic training in CNC/milling/turning. You should enjoy taking responsibility, be quality-conscious, work independently, and like technical challenges. You can handle working under time pressure and have a desire to develop and become good at what you do. It is important that you enjoy working in a group and being a team player.

You are proficient in Swedish in speech and writing.

Briefly about us

FIG Metall AB is a manufacturing company founded in 1937 and since 2005 a wholly owned subsidiary of SWEMIX AB in Gnosjö. We have about 40 employees and a turnover of approx. 100 million. The company has broad knowledge in cutting machining such as turning, milling, wire EDM, hot pressing, component assembly, as well as tool manufacturing and design.
