We are now looking for someone who wants to work with fiberglass!

We are looking for someone with experience or an interest in the profession who wants to work in an industry with high demand for labor right now. We perform all types of repairs of plastic and gelcoat damage, mainly on boats but also on vehicles or other products made of these materials. We manufacture all types of high-quality composite products, primarily glass fiber reinforced polyester, but also carbon fiber, vinyl ester, and epoxy when needed. We are currently looking to add another team member. The work involves fiberglass work, laminating, grinding, etc. Some assembly work occurs. It is an advantage if you have an interest in working with plastic and manufacturing fiberglass products. We appreciate that you have a feel for craftsmanship and enjoy working both individually and in a group. If you do not already have the required skills, you can take a short recruitment training to work as a composite/fiberglass worker. Eligible to apply for the training are those who are unemployed and registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service and who, after a labor market policy assessment, meet the conditions to participate in labor market policy programs.
