Omnipollo AB is looking for a Brew & Packaging Operator

As a Brew & Production Operator, you are involved in all parts of the operation – from brewing, centrifugation and pasteurization to bottling, tank transfers and equipment maintenance. You ensure that we deliver beer of the highest quality according to our procedures, industry standards and legal requirements.

We are looking for someone who

● Has at least 2 years' experience in brewery work

● Is trained as a brewery technician or has equivalent qualifications

● Has good technical skills to handle and maintain brewery and packaging equipment

● Is good at problem solving and quality control

● Is familiar with food safety standards and regulatory requirements

You thrive working in an innovative organization with a high pace. You have an interest in technology and are of course meticulous and structured.

The position is a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Last application date is 2026-05-17. The position may be filled before the last application date.

A driver's license (B) is required. Forklift license is meritorious but not required.
