As a Barista at Espresso House, Sweden's leading coffee shop chain, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Of course, you'll join a fantastic team where we have fun behind the counter. Your primary task is to offer our guests a coffee experience that exceeds their expectations!

As a Shift Leader at Espresso House, you perform all the tasks that a Barista does, but the role also involves responsibility for and planning of daily operations together with the Coffee Shop Manager. Your goal as a Shift Leader should be to develop and grow within Espresso House. Therefore, it is meritorious if you have previously worked in a café/restaurant or have equivalent experience and have good knowledge of the industry and are accustomed to working irregular hours.

In this role, you will make delicious beverages, prepare and serve pastries. You ensure the shop is warmly welcoming, clean, and tidy, just as you would like it. And you, together with your colleagues, make sure you have a great time behind the counter!
