Receptionist

We are looking for receptionists for the summer!

Due to a late withdrawal, we are now looking for a receptionist for the summer, with immediate training start.

Hotell Ronja is a family-owned company consisting of a hotel, restaurant, and conference department with an adjoining exhibition hall.

The hotel has 39 newly renovated hotel rooms of various sizes and styles, plus 6 brand new DUX Suites with a clear focus on design and luxury.

We constantly work to provide our guests with the absolute best guest experience and place great emphasis on the personal meeting!

Now we are looking for you who want to work in our reception team during the summer. To fit in with our reception, you need to be self-sufficient, responsible, and a little stress-resistant with a constant smile on your lips. We appreciate if you have some experience with data/systems or are technically minded and quick to learn.

As a receptionist, you work with check-in and check-out, room bookings, guest service, and much more. As an employee at Hotell Ronja, you need to be flexible and always ready to step in where needed, even if it means working across departments.

You will receive on-site training to feel secure and confident in your professional role when the high season starts.

We review applications continuously and hire the person we feel is right even if the application period has not expired. Training starts as soon as we have hired the right person, and the regular schedule starts week 25.
