Chef / Cold Kitchen Chef - Seasonal Employment

Would you like to work in a green oasis in the heart of Gothenburg? Rosenkaféet, located in the beautiful Trädgårdsföreningen park, has new owners and is therefore looking for a dedicated and creative chef / cold kitchen chef to join our team for the season from May to August.

At Rosenkaféet, the city's pulse meets nature's tranquility in an inspiring setting where we serve freshly brewed coffee, quality pastries, sandwiches, salads, and hot dishes to both locals and tourists. Our focus is on quality, service, and the joy of food!

About the position

As a chef / cold kitchen chef with us at Rosenkaféet, you will work with the preparation and cooking of cold and hot dishes, salads, and sandwiches. You are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation in the kitchen. The work takes place together with other staff in a high but pleasant pace, especially during the season.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has training or experience as a chef and/or cold kitchen chef.
• Has a genuine interest in food and ingredients.
• Is meticulous, service-oriented, and able to handle stress.
• Thrives working both independently and in a team.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene.
