We are looking for a Grill Cook with experience in American barbecue (full-time)

Hamburgerbruket is now seeking an experienced grill cook who can handle authentic American low-and-slow barbecue at a high level.

You will work with:

• Brisket (pulled beef/roast beef)

• Pulled pork and pork butt

• Spareribs and beef ribs

• Other classic BBQ dishes

We expect you to:

• Have documented experience in American barbecue and low-and-slow techniques

• Be able to work independently with offset smoker, pellet smoker, or similar equipment

• Have good knowledge of trimming, rub, temperature control, and wrapping

• Be meticulous with raw material handling, hygiene, and food safety

• Be able to work efficiently under time pressure and in a team

• Be available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends

Desirable qualifications:

• Competition experience (KCBS, SCA, or equivalent)

• Knowledge of different wood types and smoke flavors

• Own development of rubs and sauces
