Smash Chef for Smash-N-Go Frölunda

Smash-N-Go is looking for a Smash Chef for our food truck in Västra Frölunda.

We are a food truck that makes smash burgers with high tempo, clear routines, and strong professional pride. We do few things, but we do them properly. Our standard is simple: the food should be really good, go out fast, and the customer should be well taken care of every time.

As a Smash Chef, you are primarily responsible for the meat, the griddle, and the burger flow. You work closely with the cashier/packer and ensure that the burgers maintain the right quality even under high pressure.

Tasks:

• Smash and cook burgers according to our standard
• Keep track of meat, crust, cheese, timing, and grill flow
• Follow order tickets and communicate clearly with the team
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Help with preparation, service, and cleaning as needed
• Contribute to a fast, calm, and professional way of working
