Duties

The work includes routine nursing tasks in municipal primary care, e.g.:

• Medical assessments and nursing interventions
• Medication management and follow-up
• Collaboration with care staff, physicians, and other professionals
• Documentation and record-keeping in relevant operating systems
• Planning and follow-up of patient interventions in home healthcare

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• Experience in municipal primary care is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
