Night Substitute Summer 2026

Workplace: Stiftelsen Neuberghska Ålderdomshemmet, Gothenburg. Position: Assistant Nurse or Care Assistant. Scope: Night - Summer substitute night period weeks 26-33 + 28-32. Night shift hours are 21:00-07:00. Start date: As agreed. Your role as care staff includes: Providing safe and individually adapted care during your shift. You need to be attentive to changes in residents' health and well-being. You document according to current procedures under the Social Services Act and report to medical staff. You collaborate with colleagues, nurses, and other staff. We are looking for someone with experience in elderly care and someone who wants to learn and gain a lifelong lesson in empathetic treatment and seeing others' needs. It is considered meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care, preferably caring for people with cognitive impairment. You are confident, responsible, and independent. You have good collaboration skills and can build trust in interactions. You have a respectful approach and share our values. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, additional languages such as Yiddish, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian are meritorious.
