The primary purpose of the Human Bridge Foundation is to improve living conditions for vulnerable people through (aid) efforts in the form of material aid. Primarily, this involves collecting and reconditioning/repairing medical equipment and materials that are then donated to hospitals around the world. In this way, we aim to contribute to increasing the quality of care offered to people in vulnerable countries. In addition, we also provide people with clothing and other necessities in humanitarian efforts.

To finance this, we collect textiles that are processed at our facilities.

Your role

We are now looking for a warehouse worker/driver for collection of medical materials and other goods that occur. You will unload and load containers and various types of trucks.

Your duties also include emptying textile collection containers and being part of the team that pre-sorts collected textiles for export. Other warehouse tasks also occur.

As a truck driver, you are responsible, confident in traffic, stress-resistant, and have good planning skills. In addition to driving skills, independence, physical stamina, good communication skills for customer contacts, and the ability to follow safety and environmental regulations are required.

As a warehouse worker, you are meticulous, physically and mentally resilient, and have the ability to work in a structured manner under time pressure. Other important qualities include good teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, a positive attitude towards the tasks, and physically active work.

Experience and other specific knowledge requirements

· C-class driving license and YKB qualification

· You can express yourself fluently in Swedish in speech and writing

• Good structure and orderliness: Warehouse work requires order to handle incoming and outgoing goods efficiently.
• Collaboration skills: Warehouse work is team-oriented, and it is important to work well with others and help where needed.
• Sense of responsibility: To take responsibility for your tasks and be punctual.
• Flexibility: Able to switch between different tasks such as picking, packing, and forklift operation.

Meritorious if you also have:

· Forklift license
