Warehouse Worker Wanted for Mobello's Warehouse in Arenastaden, Solna

We are not just looking for a warehouse worker; we are looking for someone who wants to be the reliable force in our logistics chain and enjoys a varied work schedule where your contribution really makes a difference.

About the Position

Our warehouse is located in Arenastaden, Solna, right next to the head office. This is the heart of our operations where we manage the flow to our 11 stores and web shop.

We are looking for someone who wants an on-call employment starting in mid-May so you receive thorough training. This is the perfect role for you who wants to combine studies or other activities with work, and who can step up when the pressure is highest.

Key Prerequisites:

• Summer: You need to be available for work during weeks 28, 29, 30, 31, and 33. During these weeks we need help Mon-Fri, but during the rest of the summer months the demand also increases significantly, and we appreciate your flexibility.
• Ongoing needs: Beyond the summer weeks, we need you for sick leave, large shipments, and other workload peaks.
• Long-term: In the fall, the need for extra hands continues, and during the Christmas season the pace picks up again.
• Scope: There are no guaranteed hours per week, but for the right person who is flexible, there are good opportunities for plenty of work during our peak seasons.

Tasks

In the role of warehouse worker with us, you will:

• Pack weekly deliveries to our stores.
• Pack and handle web orders.
• Respond to customer service messages.
• Receive, unpack, and log incoming deliveries.
• Inventory the warehouse and support the stores during inventory.
• Organize, optimize, and maintain good order in the warehouse.
• Be the warehouse manager's right hand and take responsibility for operations in their absence.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys working at a fast pace. As a person, you are positive and sociable – you spread good energy and appreciate the camaraderie we have in the office.

Your flexibility is your greatest asset. You are comfortable with a varying schedule and ready to step in when we need you most. You are a "doer" who sees what needs to be done and takes pride in leaving a well-organized warehouse behind. When problems arise, you are solution-oriented and like to take initiative. You also have a good sense of customer service and can express yourself well in writing.

Requirements & Merits

• Forklift license: Not required; work is done on foot with a picking cart.
• Driver's license: Meriting but not required.
• Experience: Previous warehouse experience is meriting, but your attitude and personality are most important to us!
