Your main tasks

  • Actively lead the technical maintenance work at all production facilities, dams, and properties, and ensure that the maintenance work achieves its goals with respect to set targets.
  • Develop preventive maintenance and work to establish a proactive approach to maintenance within the unit.
  • Be responsible for establishing and updating availability goals and, through these, as well as on a general and overall basis in your position, work for high technical availability at the facilities.

The role also includes actively contributing to a safe and well-functioning working environment by reporting and managing risks, incidents, and accidents. You participate in water regulation and contribute to operational and water planning in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you contribute to the technical development of the facilities by supporting projects as needed. For all work, you are responsible for conducting and documenting risk assessments. You are also expected to share knowledge and experiences with colleagues within the organization.

On-call duty according to schedule is included in the position.
