Home Cleaner Wanted – meticulous with an eye for detail

About the position

Villoeco Städ is looking for a home cleaner who enjoys order, structure, and leaving a home with that “wow feeling”. With us, home cleaning is about more than just cleaning – it's about being perceptive, adapting to the customer's wishes, and having an eye for the details that make a difference.

Job duties:

Home cleaning for private customers according to an agreed plan

Adapting cleaning to the customer's needs (different homes have different routines)

Focusing on details: surfaces, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen, and overall impression

Filling up/tidying and simple organizing in the home as needed

Self-check of quality and clear feedback internally

We are looking for someone who:

Is very meticulous and enjoys working methodically

Has a sense of detail and sees what others miss

Is service-oriented, reliable, and respectful in customers' homes

Has experience in home cleaning

Can communicate in Swedish or English

Has a valid driver's license (preferred)
