Akademiska Musikskolan is an authorized, contracted, municipally quality-assured and certified music school approved to provide music education through the municipal music check. We are located in several places in Sweden, including LUND MUNICIPALITY, TÄBY MUNICIPALITY, and STAFFANSTORP MUNICIPALITY.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We want to find YOU who can teach in SEVERAL instruments with us in LUND. This means it is a REQUIREMENT that you can teach in SEVERAL different instruments such as: GUITAR, SINGING, PIANO, FLUTE, DRUMS, VIOLIN etc. The more instruments you master, the higher priority, and the more you can teach, the better.

You will be teaching at our location at Järnåkraskolan in Lund. You must have experience and education, and be able to present clear plans for how you organize your lessons. We want our staff to thrive, so we ensure to strengthen our collegium regularly through joint activities, lunches, dinners, and other benefits.

ABOUT YOU:

You are confident, competent, experienced, and socially skilled. You have documented teaching experience, are confident in the role, and master successful methods that work for YOU!

You maintain good contact with your students and take responsibility for their development while ensuring they have fun in your inspiring and creative music lessons. You have regular contact with guardians and contribute to the good reputation of the organization. The student and their families are in focus, and you want them to be 100% satisfied. You contribute to our school's good reputation and a positive work atmosphere among your colleagues, and you are loyal to your employer and colleagues. You actively contribute and have an interest in developing your position and increasing student intake through your own initiatives, using your strong social skills, and doing a good job.
