About the Role

As a salesperson at Eleveight, you work with outbound sales to companies via phone. You contact business owners and decision-makers with prepared prospect lists and clear processes.

You will:

  • Contact companies by phone and present our services
  • Build trust and create business opportunities
  • Work systematically with follow-ups and CRM
  • Report results and work towards clear goals
  • Develop through daily coaching and sales training

We are looking for someone who

  • Is driven, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Has energy and enjoys talking to people
  • Is fearless on the phone and dares to take initiative
  • Is coachable and wants to develop quickly
  • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on personality, ambition, and attitude.
