About us

Tillväxtstöd Sverige AB specializes in identifying funding opportunities and supporting companies through the application processes for government grants and EU subsidies – from analysis and qualification to submitted application and follow-up. We work in a structured, digital, and close manner with our clients, focusing on quality, transparency, and results. Tillväxtstöd is the first in Sweden to digitize the application processes for various grants and subsidies.

About the role

It is advantageous to have 1-2 years of experience from previous work as a case officer and daily client contact. If you do not, it is required that you hold a bachelor's degree in economics or commercial law or equivalent. We offer internal training during your first two weeks. As a case officer with us, you will have a central role in our client assignments. You will be responsible for:

• Daily contact with business owners and clients
• Analyzing companies' financial documents and tax returns
• Navigating and assessing information via companies' tax accounts
• Processing and administering applications for EU subsidies and grants
• Ensuring that applications meet formal requirements and deadlines
• Following up on cases and documentation regarding authorities' decision-making

The role requires high accuracy, strong analytical skills, and professional client interaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience analyzing tax returns and financial documents
• Is confident navigating a company's tax account
• Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner
• Is communicative and enjoys client contact
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Advantageous qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in economics
• Degree in commercial law
• Experience with grant management, accounting, or government work

Workplace & working methods

Recruitment is ongoing, and we will recruit a total of 2 case officers during May 2026.

The work is conducted digitally, in our digital office environments via Teams. Around August 1, 2026, we will move into our new office near T-Centralen in Stockholm city center.
