What does the role involve?

As a Service Manager, you are the spider in the web and responsible for daily operations. The role combines strategic thinking with operational work and includes:

• Leading and motivating the team to ensure top-class service and guest experience.

• Scheduling, recruitment, and staff responsibilities.

• Inventory management, purchasing, and thorough stocktaking.

• Planning and implementing strategies to increase upselling and profitability.

• Monitoring quality and compliance with policies and guidelines.

• Collaborating closely with management and two other Service Managers to set and achieve common goals.

Who are you?

Salary: 28,000.00 kr - 38,000.00 kr per month.
