About the Role
As an HR intern with us, you will have a broad and developmental role with insight into the entire HR process. Your main tasks include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Contributing to our employer branding efforts and helping attract top candidates in tech and business development.
- Assisting in the development of internal HR processes and personnel strategies.
- Organizing onboarding programs and ensuring a smooth introduction for new employees.
- Supporting HR administration and personnel-related matters.
Who Are You? – We Believe That You:
- Are studying human resources, business administration, psychology, or another relevant field.
- Have an interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR strategy.
- Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
- Have good organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
