My name is Tom, an entrepreneur, adventurer, and filmmaker, among other things behind Bandit Rock and early music streaming. After a neck injury, I live as a C4 tetraplegic, meaning paralyzed from the neck down but not completely, and continue to run projects in film, creative ventures, and travel. I have recently obtained the resources needed to bring in the right person who can help me move forward.

The position is formally a PA, personal assistant, which means you help me with everyday, practical, and sometimes very personal moments in life when needed. This can range from transfers, home routines, and being a safe support in various situations, to accompanying me to meetings and trips. It is a close collaboration based on trust, sensitivity, and the right energy. I already have a primary assistant with main responsibility for that part, but you should be fully comfortable stepping in where needed and eventually taking on a larger role.

In practice, the role also functions as an EA, Executive Assistant, where you hold together structure and progress. This involves administration, government contacts, invoicing, deadlines, correspondence, social media, and organizing the calendar and bookings so everything runs smoothly. You need to be able to switch between personal and organizational tasks without issue, and ensure things actually get done.

Swedish is required for government contacts, and good English is an advantage. You are digitally savvy, like social media, and are familiar with tools such as MailChimp or similar. You have high energy, are proactive, reliable, and thrive in a tempo where you sometimes need to cut through and create order. A driver's license and own car are required.

The role is clearly part-time, with slightly more to do initially to get structure in place, and thereafter more limited but flexible in scope. Working hours are flexible, but once set, punctuality is crucial. Compensation is competitive and adjusted according to experience and responsibility.
