Sushi chef sought for Sushi Bay in Stockholm

Sushi Bay is now looking for an experienced and dedicated sushi chef to join our team as soon as possible.

Job duties

As a sushi chef with us, you will:

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the highest quality and follow hygiene and safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with the kitchen team
• Participate in the development of new dishes and menus

We are looking for you who

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or similar role
• Have good knowledge of sushi and Japanese cooking
• Are accustomed to working at a high tempo
• Are responsible, meticulous, and can work independently
• Have good knowledge of Swedish (to be able to take orders, answer the phone, and communicate with customers and suppliers)
• An additional merit if you speak a third language, e.g., Bengali (not required)

Employment conditions

• Working hours: Shift work may occur, including evenings and weekends
• Salary and benefits according to applicable collective agreement
