Experienced Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager Sought for Evenings

PANOS PANOS TAVERN has quickly become one of Gothenburg's most appreciated restaurant concepts for authentic Greek food, warm atmosphere, and personal service. The restaurant is located in one of the city's most charming areas and attracts both local guests, businesses, and international visitors.

Now we are looking for an experienced head waiter who can take responsibility for evening operations and contribute to providing our guests with a top-class experience.

Your duties:

• Lead and coordinate service during evenings
• Take reservations and welcome guests
• Ensure high service and structure in the restaurant
• Support the waitstaff and create calm even under high pace
• Actively contribute to upselling and repeat guests
• Serve as a natural link between kitchen and service

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience from the restaurant industry
• Has worked as a head waiter or in a leading service role
• Is confident, organized, and solution-oriented
• Can handle high pace without losing focus
• Has a strong sense of service and attention to detail
• Is loyal, responsible, and professional

Experience from à la carte and preferably Mediterranean/premium restaurant is meritorious.
