We work with complete renovations of bathrooms in Stockholm and take responsibility for the entire journey from initial planning to finished bathroom. Our strength lies in clear communication, accuracy and a professional approach that is appreciated by our customers.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience of project management in construction, preferably with knowledge of wet rooms
• Thrives in a role where you need to be solution-focused and confident in your decisions
• Understands the entire construction process from demolition to final inspection
• Communicates professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has a natural drive and the ability to build good relationships
• Is proficient in computer use
• Has a valid driver's license (B class)

About the role

As a project manager with us, you are the one who keeps the projects together and ensures that the customer feels safe throughout the renovation. Your areas of responsibility include:

• Plan and coordinate the various stages of projects
• Create good conditions for our craftsmen to work efficiently
• Conduct self-inspections and ensure that everything follows applicable industry regulations
• Maintain time schedules and ensure projects stay within budget
• Maintain clear, confident and continuous dialogue with customers
• Follow up project progress and report internally

Workplace: Stockholm

Start date: By agreement

Scope: Full-time

Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to agreement
