Documentation Manager – Technical Plant Documentation

Networq group AB is now seeking an experienced Documentation Manager with focus on technical plant documentation. The role involves working on larger infrastructure projects.

About the role: As a Documentation Manager with us, you work in project teams together with project managers, technical specialists and contractors. You are responsible for ensuring that technical documentation maintains proper quality and meets set requirements throughout the project lifecycle – from start-up to handover.

You will work on projects involving new construction, renovation and reinforcement of power substations (both gas-insulated and air-insulated facilities).

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Participating in the preparation of tender documentation with focus on documentation requirements
• Ensuring that contractors meet requirements for technical documentation
• Coordinating documentation deliveries between different parties (internal and external)
• Performing drawing technical review
• Managing, structuring and quality-assuring technical documentation
• Ensuring correct recording in system for plant and asset management
• Providing specialist support to the project management

The documentation includes, among other things:

• Drawings and schematics
• Operation and maintenance instructions
• Technical specifications and data

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience in the role:
• Documentation Manager
• Documentation Controller
• Data Coordinator
• or equivalent role in technical documentation
• Experience from at least 2 projects related to:
• Renovation, reinvestment or management of technical facilities
• Experience in project handover to operations and maintenance organization
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish

It is advantageous if you have experience from the power sector, energy industry or other technical infrastructure.
